For your 2016 Jeep Patriot Sport, I recommend using the K-Source Blind Spot Mirror part # KSC0200. This spotter mirror attaches directly to the face of your factory mirror. The lens is adjustable and can rotate to find your ideal viewing angle. The adhesive backing allows for a easy peel and stick installation. I recommend placing these spot mirrors on the lower corner of your factory mirror face closest to the vehicle. You will need one for each side.

Yes, the CIPA Top Mounted Blind Spot Mirror part # CM49805 fits the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL as long as the Jeep's mirrors are factory mirrors. The edge should be at least 1/8 of an inch for the clamp on mirrors to grip to it and from my research the factory mirrors on the Jeep have that. I spoke with my contact at K Source about towing mirrors # KSVS55010 and your 2009 GMC Yukon Denali. He stated that if you tried to use these mirrors you would end up with error messages since your Yukon already has the blind spot detection feature. You would also lose the power folding option. The additional wiring and black control box are needed for models that do not already have the blind spot detection features.

I have a mirror option for you, but I spoke with my contact at CIPA about the CIPA Clamp-On HotSpot Mirror # CM49504 and she said the # CM49504 is not designed clamp onto a mirror housing, and there is no adapter or interchangeable clamp for this mirror to allow it to mount a different way.
